If anyone knows how the British will think and act during the Brexit negotiations, it’s the Irish.
By the same token, Ireland is presumable the one nation best prepared for the negotiations.
But the Irish also have a lot on the line, Brexit will have major consequences for a range of issues: trade, the free movement of labour, the peace process in Northern Ireland, energy, transport, and regional development.
At this briefing we are joined by Daithi O’Ceallaigh, who is the chairman of the Irish think tank IIEA’s Brexit Unit, and also former ambassador in Great Britain. Sign up now to get the Irish insights on the upcoming negotiations.
Daithi O’Ceallaigh, former Irish ambassador in Great Britain, former director of Institute of International and European Affairs (IIEA), and chairman of IIEA’s analysis unit on Brexit
Niels Pultz, senior advisor at Think Tank Europa, former Dansih ambassador to Ireland.
